yo! wahahahahaha... hmmm i feel like exercising a lot. actually i wanna go jogging before exam papers start but i will be so smelly haha.
i am now aiming to do 70 standard pumpings at a shot... ytd i managed to do only 45... there was once i went to use the exercise thingy at the park to lift myself, and managed to more more than 70... i think the problem lies with my leg... my leg cant support my body and will automatically bend my leg.
